After the sun sets over the Gulf of St. Lawrence we like to call it a night, cook some fish in the frying pan, and then settle around the kitchen table for a game of Tarbish, a traditional Cape Breton card game.  While in Cape Breton stop at a local store to get the rules for Tarbish; it is the greatest card game ever played and if you learn to play Tarbish, then you are taking a step towards becoming an honorary Cape Bretoner!
